All the products are dispatched within 48 hours after you order them. Thereafter, delivery time depends on the type of delivery option selected by the customer when placing the order: Standard Delivery Charges: Free Delivery- All Air purifiers Rs100 delivery charges for products less than INR1000. NOTE: We initiate product dispatch within 48 hours, however Reffair is not responsible for delay in product delivery due to current lockdowns or any delay caused by logistics provider. RETURN POLICY
At Reffair we believe that customer service is paramount. Every Reffair Air Purifier passes six important quality control checks to ensure that you receive top quality products. We are confident that you will love your Reffair product. Due to logistics challenges or due to manufacturer flaws in case if you receive damaged products you can return it to us. Reffair will happily replace any product found to be defective based on eligibility. RETURN - Returns are possible if a request is sent to us through email within 48 hours after delivery. REPLACEMENT - Hassle free replacement is provided, if you face any problem with the product and report it to us within 7 days after the product delivery. NOTE: 1 - In case Aroma Buds Tab is opened, a charge of INR 250 will be deducted in case of return or replacement request. 2 - Replacement accessories such as UV bulbs, cables, bulbs, if opened or damaged, are not entitled to a Return or Refund. 3 - No replacement, return or refund will be accepted for filters (applicable to standalone filter orders only) due to safety issues. 4 - In case of return or refunds, the company will deduct appropriate shipping cost for both ways (i.e - Delivery & Pick Up). In case of replacement only pick up cost is to be borne by the customer. I recently purchased the Caligo 500 Humidifier, This humidifier does an excellent job of maintaining the right humidity levels. It’s powerful enough to cover a large living room, The filter is easy to replace, and the water tank lasts a good amount of time before needing a refill, I highly recommend this one.
Great humidifier! Very good to place in bedroom, easy to clean and operate, the display has smooth functioning and it is very helpful in operating humidifier. Highly recommended product. Delivery was on time.
Using it for little more than 20 days now, working as expected.
Pros:
1) Almost zero noise
2) Mist flow is uniform
3) Have different controls for mist flow - full, half, night and auto humidity settings
4) Comes with a ceramic filter.
5) Warm and cold mist both working fine as of now.
6) Easy to clean
7) Removable wire
Cons:
1) Shipping time is too late (almost a week to get the product after prepaying for it) from Reffair directly
2) Mist direction is only from the center - would have been nice if we have a directional control for this price.
3) As with other cold mist humidifiers, dust particles get easily added to the top cover after almost every run and needs regular cleaning to get a clean and safe air mist.
