Reffair warrants its products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship, and service, effective starting from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, Reffair will at its own discretion either repair or replace the defective machine free of charge. Repairs or alternations made by persons not authorized by Reffair will void the warranty. Dated proof of purchase will be required so kindly arrange it accordingly.

Most products come with a standard warranty (please refer to the product description for the exact warranty duration or refer below). This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use for which the product is not intended. Filters are not covered under warranty.

Duration of Warranty (applicable from date of purchase)

Air Purifiers, Car Air Purifiers, Humidifiers - 1 Year Warranty

Essential Oil Diffusers (Caligo 100 & Lander) - 6 Months Warranty

Accessories (Like Cable, Adapter) - 3 Months Warranty

Important: No warranty applies to products purchased under CLEARANCE SALE promotions. These prices are already discounted enough to offer maximum benefit to our customers. This information will be highlighted on each prodcut page during the promotion period. No calims of warranty will be entertained later.


Reffair is not responsible in any way for any damages (internal or external), losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence. The customer will bear the shipping charges to avail the product warranty (for sending faulty to Reffair repair workshop) and the courier charges will be confirmed in advance by our support team depending on customer location. The company may waive product pick-up & delivery charges at its sole discretion. 

This warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering or vandalism.
  • In case of any visible marks or external damage caused to product.
  • Improper or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage caused in transit. 

    Please make sure to keep Reffair products in a stable and secure place to ensure the durability of the product and achieve maximum performance. 

    In case if you received a damaged product, please raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of order delivery. Return/Refund claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
