Most orders are processed and packed within a few working hours after order confirmation.
Courier pickups are generally scheduled once daily on working days. Orders placed earlier in the day usually have a higher likelihood of same-day dispatch, subject to operational conditions, stock availability, and courier pickup schedules.
While we strive to dispatch orders at the earliest possible, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary during:
- High order volume periods
- Festive seasons or sale events
- Public holidays
- Operational disruptions
- Weather conditions or regional restrictions
Most orders are typically dispatched within 24β48 working hours.

π Undelivered / Returned Shipments
In certain situations, courier partners may be unable to complete delivery due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Non-serviceable or restricted delivery areas
- Operational limitations by courier partners
If a prepaid order is returned back to Reffair (RTO β Return to Origin), the refund process will be initiated after the shipment is received and verified at our warehouse.
π³ Refunds for eligible prepaid orders are generally processed within 3β5 working days after successful receipt of the returned shipment at our facility.
Actual bank credit timelines may further vary depending on the customerβs payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

Although Reffair makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier partner delays
