I just recently purchased the product.... Its an amazing product which delivers what it says... The customer care agent kamakshi has been very helpful in choosing this product and also with after purchase query. 5 star for the product and the customer care

These people played cheap game with me

I was informed that I would get a 10ml essential bottle for submitting the feedback while purchasing the product.

After I used the products for a few days, I was ready to submit the feedback. While submitting the feedback, I gave honest feedback, which included the features that I liked and a few other things, as it is unbiased.
Before writing the review, the customer support lady took my address and said it would be dispatched soon etc pushing me to submit the review.
After I gave my honest review which includes both positive and small issues, and I had given 4 star because of that. She called me and asked to change my stars to 5 star. I said I have given my honest opinion and you should take it positively, but she said the oil is worth ₹500, so i have to update my ratings. I asked her that they asked me to give just feedback and now I have given my honest feedback but didnt knew it should be 5 stars, I said I have given my honest opinion and you should take it positively and if possible look into the things I have mentioned.
Later next day, I wanted to test them and checked about my gift, because that customer support lady took my address and everything urgently telling that we would dispatch soon, so it was actually a drama to make me write the review. Because they didnt do any dispatch just because I sticked to keep 4 stars and didnt increase it to 5 stars.
Actually I was not very bothered about 10ml essential oil but wanted to know how these people treat customers when they give honest feedback.
So when I checked about dispatch, this customer support lady said someone would contact me to help me with suggestions i mentioned in review.
I was patient and watched for some more days, nobody reached me and no messages and also no dispatch lol. The way they took my address before review, I can only laugh at it now....lol
So just imagine you buy a product
They tell about to share feedback and they would send complimentary 10ml essential oil
They create hurriness by collecting address and pushing us to complete review soon
When u give feedback, just 1 star less, they call back and demand 5 stars
When u stick to keep 4 stars, they will forget you... then why did they took the address so urgently?
I dont need any oil, what im trying to point is disrespect shown and wasting our time with all this cheap drama. This is really worst experience and thanks for the customer support lady for all this service.

Very good build quality
The build quality is really good, got 2 additional filters as well. Easy to carry. Diffusion is also satisfactory.
But be careful while using thick essential oils. I have observed better diffusion with light texture oils, thick oils also get diffused but not efficiently.
Its not completely noise free, a slight noise comes but its not loud.
Sometimes when switched on, the diffuser wont start, after restart it works fine. Happens rarely"
